Shipping Policy

 

My Hair Couture ships via USPS (United States Postal Service). All orders are shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment. This is excluding weekends or holidays.

We ship most of our packages via Priority Mail. Priority Mail estimates 2-4 days for delivery time. The cost of shipping is automatically calculated for your order in your shopping cart. All orders are shipped with Signature Confirmation and will require a signature upon delivery.

We do offer Express Mail Service via USPS also. If you request expedited shipping we can accommodate that request, just send us an email with your zip code and we can quote a price with the exact delivery time.

 

 

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

My Hair Couture is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. We strongly advise purchasing insurance for your order. Insurance is available at $2.50 per $100 package value. For example if your order is $100 the insurance charge will be $2.50. If your order is $200 the insurance charge will be $5.00.

Since all orders are shipped with signature confirmation we rarely encounter lost packages. If you purchase insurance and your package is lost or damaged we will help you file all necessary claim forms to obtain your repayment from USPS. My Hair Couture will only replace lost, stolen, or damaged orders if your order was insured. We will replace the lost or damaged items upon resolution of the USPS insurance claims.

My Hair Couture will not be held accountable for shipping delays which are caused by customer error. For example wrong address, wrong name etc.
