Terms and Conditions

Our preferred payment method is PayPal-one of the safest, most secure online payment sources.

You don't have to have a PayPal account to place your order. You can use your MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover card and PayPal will safely process your transaction over their secure encrypted server.

Payment Guidelines

  • We will ship your item after your PayPal payment clears. This can take 1 to 3 days, so please plan ahead. Review your PayPal balance before placing your order to avoid delays when completing payment.
  • My hair couture will only ship to confirmed addresses in PayPal. We will not ship to any other address you provide. Please verify that all shipping and contact information in PayPal is correct before placing your order. After your payment clears, you cannot change your address, name, phone number and email address to that it applies to your recent order from My Hair Couture.
  • PayPal also enables you to send e-checks. We will not ship your order until your e-check clears, which can take 3-7 days.

How We Ship

My Hair Couture ships all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service) within 2-3 business days after receiving payment. This excludes weekends and holidays.

We ship most of our packages via Priority Mail, which takes an estimated 2 to 4 days for delivery time. The shipping cost is automatically calculated when you place your order. We request signatures for all deliveries.

If you require faster delivery, please send us an email requesting Express Mail service. Include your zip code so we can send you an estimated shipping price and exact delivery time.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

My Hair Couture is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. When you place your order, we strongly advise that you buy insurance, available at $2.50 per $100 package value. For example, if your order amounts to $100, the insurance charge will be $2.50. If your order is $200, the insurance charge will be $5. Since we request signatures for deliveries, we rarely encounter lost packages.

My Hair Couture will not be held accountable for shipping delays caused by customer errors-such as wrong address or wrong name.

If Your Package Was Insured

My Hair Couture will replace lost, stolen or damaged orders if your order was insured. We will help you to file all necessary claim forms to receive your repayment from USPS, then replace your lost or damaged item after USPS has resolved your issue.

Our Commitment to You

At My Hair Couture, our hair pieces are truly couture. When we receive the hair, it is unprocessed, in its raw state. We wash, condition and treat the hair all in-house, where we also air dry and package it. This exceptional quality-control process enables us to examine the hair's behavior when manipulated. We do this to ensure that you receive your item tested and ready-to-wear. This is why we stand behind our hair 100-perent and are confident you will love it!

If for any reason, you receive hair that was not how we described it, we will be happy to exchange the hair or issue a refund for unopened purchases within 4 days of receipt. As a necessary health precaution, we do not accept returns on hair that has been altered from the original packaging in any way. This includes but is not limited to hair that has been:

  • Removed from the bag and unbound
  • Relaxed
  • Permed
  • Colored
  • Hot-curled
  • Flat-ironed
  • Cut
  • Washed with harsh chemicals

All hair returns must have the original tags, ribbon and binders still attached in its original packaging.

Return/Exchange Policy for Hair Products

All hair products are non-refundable, this includes but is not limited to shampoo, conditioner and treatments.

How to Request a Refund/Exchange

  • Send us an email requesting a refund or exchange within four days of receiving your purchase so we can begin resolving the issue promptly.
  • After receiving your request, we will reply with instructions and, if necessary, we will send a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
  • One we receive your returned product, we'll ship back the correct item to you free of charge if we have it in stock. Or we will issue a refund to you using the same payment information used to buy your product.

Unauthorized Returns/Exchanges

We will refuse any unauthorized returns/exchanges and return them to the customers at their expense. If we receive returns/exchanges that were altered from the original packaging, we will also refuse them and return them to the customers at their expense.

My Hair Couture will hold returned items for 7 days while we await the customer's payment of shipping charges. If we do not receive payment to send the items back to the customer, we will discard the item. My Hair Couture will not provide credit for these items since they cannot be restocked.

All returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
